Returns Policy

At Soul Flame Fragrances, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to quality. We want your order to arrive exactly as it should.

Change of Mind & Fragrance Preference

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including where a fragrance is not to your personal preference.

We encourage you to use the sample promotion or explore our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size candle if you are unsure which Soul Flame Fragrance is right for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sample Promotion

Fragrance samples are sold as promotional/tester products and are not eligible for return or refund. Samples are intended to allow customers to experience our fragrances before purchasing full-sized products. 

One-time discount codes

Promotional and one-time discount codes are single-use only, are non-transferrable, and have no cash value. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders. Soul Flame Fragrances reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
